Whilst Rototuff is a relatively new company, established in 2005 its employees have extensive experience within the international plastics industry. Rototuff manufacturing operations are located in Heatherton, Melbourne Victoria.

Rototuff™ Tank Grades
Rototuff™ Tank resins are specifically designed for water tank rotomoulding and are available in the Colourbond colour range. Engineered to meet or exceed the AS/NZS 4766:2020 standard, these resins are certified by SAI Global, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative requirements. While primarily developed for chemical and water storage tanks for both above-ground and below-ground applications, Rototuff™ Tank resins are versatile. Their stiffness, toughness, and excellent processability make them ideal for other uses, including pool filters, bins, kayaks, and more. With high UV protection, these resins offer long-lasting durability in even the harshest climates. Rototuff™ Tank Resins have been primarily but not exclusively designed for the production of chemical and water storage tanks for above and below ground applications. Other typical applications like pool filters, bins, kayaks etc also benefit from stiffness, toughness, processability of Rototuff™ tank resins and their high level of UV protection ensures a long service life in harsh climates.
Rototuff™ RT705UV
Rototuff™ 705UV is suited to general rotomoulding use and is available in a choice of vibrant colours. Rototuff™ 705UV is a Linear Low Density Polyethylene resin (LLDPE) specifically designed and manufactured for enhanced processability, ESCR, and Chemical Resistance.
Rototuff™ RT705UV has been fully formulated with a UV stabilisation package which provides extended performance in harsh outdoor conditions.
Typical applications include items such as agricultural tanks and containers, recreational equipment, toys, and some water craft and pallets which may benefit from the Rototuff stiffness, toughness, processability and UV protection. The Rototuff™ RT705UV base resin including colour compounds from our General Colour range comply with the Australian Standard for Plastic Materials for Food Contact Use, AS 2070-1999.
