Whilst Rototuff is a relatively new company, established in 2005 its employees have extensive experience within the international plastics industry. Rototuff manufacturing operations are located in Heatherton, Melbourne Victoria.

Rototuff™ Tank Grades
Rototuff™ Tank resins are suited to water tank rotomoulding use and are available in the Colourbond colour scheme. Rototuff™ tank resins are specifically designed and manufactured to suit or exceed AS / NZS 4766:2020 and have been certified by SAI Global as complying with this standard and meeting the legislative requirements for such compounds.
Rototuff™ Tank Resins have been primarily but not exclusively designed for the production of chemical and water storage tanks for above and below ground applications. Other typical applications like pool filters, bins, kayaks etc also benefit from stiffness, toughness, processability of Rototuff™ tank resins and their high level of UV protection ensures a long service life in harsh climates.
Rototuff™ General Grades
Rototuff™ General grades are suited to general rotomoulding use and are available in a choice of vibrant colours. Rototuff™ General grades are Linear Low Density Polyethylene resins (LLDPE) specifically designed and manufactured for enhanced processability, good ESCR and Chemical Resistance.
Rototuff™ General grades are fully formulated with a UV stabilisation package which provides extended performance in harsh outdoor conditions.
Typical applications include items such as agricultural tanks and containers, recreational equipment, toys and some watercraft and pallets. These benefit from the Rototuff™ stiffness, toughness, processability and UV protection. The Rototuff™ General grade base resins and colour compounds from our General Colour range, comply with the Australian Standard for Plastic Materials for Food Contact Use, AS 2070-1999.
